Phoenix New Times: Dumber Conspiracy Theory poll

The Phoenix New Times has been keeping an eye on New Hampshire state Rep. Stella Tremblay since she suggested Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse” would be an appropriate “unbiased” group to investigate the government’s involvement in the Boston Marathon bombing. The paper notes Arpaio’s investigators “pretty clearly fabricated ‘evidence’ ” in their effort to prove President Obama is using a fake birth certificate:

That got us thinking — what’s a dumber thought: That secret government agents decided to murder three people by planting a couple bombs at the Boston Marathon, then pinning it on a couple Chechens, or that a Kenyan citizen named Barack Obama decided he wanted to be President of the United States, so he enlisted some people to make a fake birth certificate for him to do so?

Tremblay, of course, has championed both. The one about the “original" 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution being swept under the rug didn’t make the list.
